We really hope that you're happy with your purchase every time! If there is any manufacturing fault or the item is “Dead on Arrival” or any color or size mismatches, we'll be happy to "Exchange" or "Full Refund" or the same product provided that it is in full as it is a condition as delivered.

We ( have a 7 days easy return policy for most of the items, however, specific return periods may apply for certain types of items while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange for the following item categories:

·         Games & Software Products

·         Gift Cards

·          Items on Sale/flash sale

·         Cosmetics items [if the seal is open/broken]

·         Perfumes [if the seal is open/broken]

·         Any products that come with factory sealed packing (If seal open/broken it won't be allowed for return or exchange)

·         Digital/Downloadable products


when you got product packet then make opening video If there is an issue with your order, you are requested to inform us immediately and not within 24 hours of receiving the product and send us box opening video. Returns should be made within 7 days of receiving the items in original, undamaged and everything included and intact packaging. In most cases, original and undamaged packaging refer to the manufacturer's packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals, and items that may have been bundled with the item.

If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 80% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Refund will be added to your account as Store Credit/Equivalent Plus Points or in cash/bKash. Other cases if everything is as it is and fulfills all our refund policy, we are good to offer you the full refund without any question.


In the case of size, color or if you don't like the item or any other natural issue, the product can be exchanged one time for FREE or when you pay the return delivery charge or bring the product to our office. If it's required to change more than one time then additional charge 20% of the product value could be deducted. So, we request you to choose the right product and triple check the product details or call our customer support if needed before replacing it the 2nd time.


Note: If there is any problem from our side we will offer FREE returns or else we will charge you for the return shipping and rest amount will be refunded as per the above policy.


#Returns Policy

1.       Return will available if you send product opening video. So make a video when you open parcel and try to open in front of courier boy.


2.      If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website within 7 days for any  items of the delivery date.


3.      For selected categories, we accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s bags, Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are women's intimate apparel, men's innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewellery, watches, duffel bags, shoe-care. But you have to pay shipping fee.  


4.     For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller through whats app or messenger or our contact form . The contact details of the seller can befound on the invoice. Valid reasons to return an item

1.       Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)

2.      Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

3.      Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only


Conditions for Returns

1.       The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn

2.      The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories

3.      The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Shopsclue packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box

NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.


#Replacement Warranty Policy

We are in offering all Genuine Products. Many of the product comes with brand warranty and some don't. If there is any warranty for any particular product, it shall be clearly written on the website or on the invoice or there may have the separate warranty card for the different time period. Please bear in mind that Replacement warranty will be only available once for a particular product and during the period if the product got same or other issues from second incidents it will cover as service warranty. In a simple way- Replacement warranty is valid at one time only. We are unable to replace more than one time.

Here is the simple and easy way to get replacement, if there is an issue such as-

·         Manufacturing fault

·         OS related fault but NOT for any Apps 

·         If there is no power due to device issue (No warranty for any kinds of accessories. Such as- Remote, Keyboard, Light, Battery Etc.)

·         If the product is restarting or not running even 60% of its performance. 

In general, if there is any product sold with Replacement warranty, It means you will get a new product after inspection and if it qualifies. There is much reason, it may get rejected or not eligible to get a replacement. Here are few reasons for your kind reference-

·         If there is any physical damage

·         If there is any burn or similar

·         If the product is not with the original software or warranty void stickers

·         If the product used abnormally or such environment which is not supposed to be. 

If there is such environment that we don't have enough product to give a quick replacement, it may take little longer time to get the product as a replacement. If we don't get the product and if there is no chance to get in near future, we may offer service warranty instead.

#Warranty Policy

How do I know if my product has a warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image below “Delivery”.

Types of Warranties:

1.Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. we will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.

2.Service warranty: we will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the customer may visit the our  directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part.

How do I claim my warranty ?

If it has been less than 7 days since delivery:

If it has been more than 7 days since delivery and the product has a warranty:

Please contact the service center listed on the warranty card included with your product or call us.

If it has been more than 7 days since delivery and the product has no warranty:

Unfortunately we will be unable to cover the item and you will be responsible for repairing costs.

How can I get my product serviced?

If you bought a product that is eligible for servicing, please send the product(s) directly to the Service Center indicated on the warranty card included with your product. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.

For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, information included in packaging and proof of purchase from invoice.

Where are the Service Centers?

Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product or go to you product page on and look for warranty / service center information in the ‘description ‘ tab.

If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.

Do I need to pay for repairs?

If your product is within the warranty duration and is damaged by mechanical or electrical systems, you don't have to worry about the repairing cost. You will be covered.

If your product is past the warranty duration or is physically damaged, you will be responsible for the repair cost. We suggest you to repair the product at the service center authorized by the manufacturer (the warranty center on your warranty card) for better quality services.

#Refunds Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (5-7 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (3 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:.
